Administration - Media

This position is primarily responsible for managing the travel portfolio for the company - handling the travel, ticketing, hotel bookings and MICE. This position is also responsible for managing the facilities operations, maintenance and upkeep, vendor management, outsourcing non-core activities and other admin operations.

- Travel management. ( MICE / Charters/ Specialized travel requirements)

- Transport management and Maintenance/insurance of cars

- Responsibility for the planning, development, and execution of effective facilities management

- Identification of dependable and cost effective vendors for various services maintaining of schedule of alternate vendors, and vendor accounts

- Employee welfare activities administration

- Keeping track of AMC’s

- Aim cost cutting during routine working and procurement

- Internal customer satisfaction

- MBA from a reputed Management Institute with 12 – 15 years’ work experience (specialization in travel related services)

- Required knowledge and expertise – detailed knowledge of appropriate project management and maintenance models.

- Detailed understanding of the Travel vertical ( ticketing / hotel bookings/ RFPs)

- Excellent relations with the customs officials & other authorities.

- Excellent Communication skills, and well versed with excel and presentation skills

- Preferably people from large FMCGs, Luxury Holiday space, large travel houses handling specialized travel requirements, hospitality, MNCs, consulting houses.

- Thorough knowledge of the admin related work and ability to deliver under pressure without compromising on the quality of work.

- Personal attributes would include self-motivation, cost-consciousness and strong problem-solving skills.
