- A top 10 player in solar energy industry is looking for a senior professional for their admin department with excellent experience in handling administration, facilities and event management.  - The organisation is very well funded by international banks and is a politically well connected company in the market with huge projects PAN India.  Location : Gurgaon  Responsibility :  - Responsible for facility management for Gurgaon office through/s vendor  - Oversee issue and usage of stationaries, electro-mechanical maintenance of office/s, trouble shoot and maintain communications and IT devises to ensure Office is managed as per policy/approvals.   - Have oversight on travel management (domestic and foreign) of employees so that these are done as per approval.   - Put RFQ, participate in vendor negotiation, draft contracts and issue POs for procurement of administrative services and assets to ensure that they are available on-time.   - Arrange for housing, car, VISA/FRRO so that the employees get the benefits as per their terms of contract.   - Develop administrative facilities/ infrastructure in India as and when required so as to support business.  - Excellent experience of event management.  - Expert in setting up new operations.  - Ensure vendor and employee payments on time and as per approval by approving/reviewing bills and following up with accounts.   - Develop administrative budgets and track expenses so that cost is under control.   - Organize and manage events so that any employee initiative is implemented seamlessly  MEENAKSHI SHEKHARAN
