Responsibilities:

- Building Management

- Security Management

- Liaison with Govt. Bodies

- Expense Management

- Admin People Management - Recruitment (Admin), Training of Staff, providing uniforms, shoes, caps etc.

- AMC Management

- Inventory Management (RFID tags)

- Analysis of damages & losses & repairs

(While creating the plan one needs to get into details of how the cost can be optimized be it terms of vendors or different alternative approaches)

- To ensure that all company property under Group are documented accurately and safe upkeep of the same and is as per law of land
