1. WPS Opex budgets: Responsible to initiate, monitor and control WPS Overheads Budgets - for HO and 5 RO's. Drive and achieve savings on all soft services.
2. Op Co Budgets: Responsible to initiate, monitor and control Op Co Budgets for perquisites and guest houses - for HO and 5 RO's. Drive and achieve savings on all perquisites and guest houses.
3. Employee Services including Perquisites Pan India:
Over all in charge and responsible for
- Global Project rolled out: like Travel Services, Vodafone Mobile Services, Resource Booking, Video Services, GPAS
- Corporate events: Company AGM, CEO Annual Review, Retired Directors Review, UL CEO Visit
- Policies: Implementation of employee benefit related practices and policies and with a focus of driving a customer mindset and user friendly experience
- Relocation Services: for all new recruits, transferees and retirees
- School contact programmes: for transferee/new recruits
- Corporate club memberships: for all IAs and WL3+ managers
- Car hire management and Contract car for WL3+ managers and IAs/GAs
- Guest House / Chummery operations :
- Holiday Homes operations - 10 Hotel arrangements, 4 Leased and 6 Owned
- Learning Centre operations
- JML/Exit formalities / IAs Registration
- Asset Management - Company owned - 66 and leased - 29 apartments - registrations and documentation and 334 artefacts/paintings
4. Statutory compliance - jointly responsible for:
- Factory permit, Kitchen license
- Local ward License dept
- Addition/alterations-Local Municipal ward
- Building factory dept, Chief Fire Officer
- Renewal of permissions for water bodies/swimming pool
- Pest control dept,
- Walkie Talkie license- TRAI dept
- Tree trimming - Local ward, Supt.of Garden
5. Projects: Jointly Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, co ordinate with stakeholders and business to achieve the required expectations when Executing special projects e.g
- Kitchen cum Dining at F Block
- Relocation of Gym at F Block
- Hang out area at F Block
- Expansion of WIMI offices at Lucknow and Indore
- Entrance Pavilion for visitor management and security in front of A Block
6. Data gathering and Reporting: Responsible for data gathering and data reporting- SIREN, FMT, Planon, Agile workplace
7. Service Delivery Standards: Responsible for ensuring OTIF on the service delivery standards of the soft and security service providers including their performance on user satisfaction survey rating.
8. Employee Services: Soft and Security: Overall responsibility
Complete handling of the Soft and Security Services comprise of Infrastructure of 7.5 lakhs sqft built up area and plot area of 10.5 Acre with 2 level of basement car parking for 500+ cars, 100 open car parks, with a plot area of 10.5 Acre, 1650 employees, 350+ consultants, 500+ service providers employees, 400+ daily visitors. Soft Services include Housekeeping, Reception, Catering, Helpdesk, Landscaping, Mail Room, Daycare, Gym, U Shop, Behavourial Safety and Security Services, Statutory compliances relating to contract/service provider manpower.
