Urgent Require Admin; 4-6 Year exp for Korean MNC at Gurgaon (DLF Phase 5; sec -43); 5 days working

About Company: - Company is Korean Base MNC involve in Automobile engineering, R & D and software development.

Position: Admin

Location: Gurgaon (DLF Phase 5; sec -43)

Package: As per Market Stander

Experience: - 4 Year - 6 Year

Preference: - Candidate from IT / Software industry will be given preference.

Office Time: - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

- Should have good command over MS Office (MS Word, Excel & Power Point)

- 5 days working Pick & Drop and Meal Facility

Job Responsibility:-

- Handling administrative and operational requirements of the company

- Supervising contract facility management team i.e. Housekeeping, Security and Electrician.

- Assisting travel arrangements and ticket booking: domestic & international By Air & Railways.

- Proposing / Implementation of local regular HR rules & policies in order to maintain office discipline.

- Assets Management of the company.

- Arranging transportation for the employees.

- Follow up with the payments with the vendors and process for the payments.

- Handling Utilities i.e. (Power, STB"s Recharges and Package Water).

- Handling the Record Management i.e. (Rental Agreements, Vendor Agreements and Comparison files and AMC"s).

- Handled the Petty Cash.

- Single of point of contact for arranging the accommodation for the employees who visits India.

- Hotel Booking and flight booking and Itinerary Management

- Processing the payment allocation for the AMEX.

- Organizing the internal events as per the company requirements.

- Vendor Management - Gathering vendor details and find out the best vendor.
