KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Private Equity, Hedge Fund, AIF,Compliance, and Financial Oversight teams to create division-specific marketing strategies and execution plans
- Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact, and prospecting industry referral sources
- Work closely with sales team to develop and execute sales programs, set and manage prospect meetings, assist team in preparing for sales calls and most importantly, close deals
- Prepare and deliver presentation to clients and industry participants as part of the sales process and as part of marketing efforts to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate relationship-building activities with team members, subject matter professionals, and other personnel
- Foster and expand the firm's referral network
- Host and attend industry meetings and conferences
- Use various research tools to identify prospects and lead the Business Development team in prospecting
- Maintain CRM to track prospect activity and status for pipeline status report
- Educate the team on industry events and trends while working with Directors to drive internal referrals
- Organize firm sponsored events
- Achieve weekly sales metrics, including meetings, tracking updates and revenue goals
