Admin Manager (Off role)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and nurture relationships with government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies.
- Engage with labour unions to address employee concerns, negotiate agreements, and resolve conflicts.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders such as clients, partners, and community groups.
- Travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) to various locations for meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
- Develop strategies to maintain a harmonious work environment and manage employee relations effectively.
- Manage and supervise the administrative team.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation in both electronic and physical formats.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administrative management.
