Administration Oversight:
1, Efficiently monitor admin services like canteen, security, bus transportation, gardening, housekeeping, and facility upkeep.
2. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of facilities.
3. Efficiently co-ordinate and timely resolve the concern raised by stakeholders wrt admin services.
4. Ensuring timely payments of all vendors
5. Ensuring local procurement as per the requirement and extend necessary admin support as desired
Statutory Compliance & Stat. Audits:
1. Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements for both principal employer and contractors.
2. Monitor & review the monthly compliance progress, Create the roadmap towards compliance and track it's progress.
3. Lead statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit points.
4. Ensure & implement the right process for compliance check & adherence.
External Relations & CSR Support :
1. Liaison with local external authorities and government bodies to maintain harmonious relations.
2 .Create the calendarized plan to visit authorities and adhere to it.
2. Handle interactions with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to our legal requirements.
Grievance Management:
1. Review and track the grievances
2. Prepare plan for TAT reduction and to avoid repeating of grievance of similar nature by doing CAPA.
3. Implement the forums to hear voice of your employees
