We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who will work closely with the Tech team, business team & delivery team and would be part of a high-performing team that fuels our growth. Who you will be working with? - Serial entrepreneurs with a collective experience of 30+ years - Product team from IIT and other tier 1 colleges - Research team from IIT Madras and Kanpur Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling - Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients. - Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers. - Run regular meetings with customers to define and track growth and performance. - Work with the product team to gather requirement definitions and design enterprise products. - Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation - Finding scope for new opportunities with the existing clients for Upselling &amp; Cross-Selling - Engage in significant Outbound activity making use of the tools available (yesware, discoverorg, Sales navigator, etc.) - Working closely with the delivery team for a seamless execution - Coordinating with presales manager &amp; delivery head - Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion - Forecasts and tracks client account metrics - Strong presenter and communicator with experience presenting to executives. - Data driven - highly analytical and strong business acumen, able to build supporting business models. - Prior experience in dealing with automotive enterprises is an add-on Required Skills and Qualifications: - Engineering Graduate/MBA from a reputed university. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Account Management Experience, - Client-Focused Solutions Experience, - Project Management Skills, - Ability to Communicate Client Needs with team members, - Talent for Influencing Client Management, - Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously, - Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills - Presentation Skills - Time Management Skills
