About the Role As the Customer Success Manager, you would possess a strong drive for results. Your responsibilities would include a wide range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients etc. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base. Your Responsibilities will include : 1. Onboarding new customers 2. Following up on renewals 3. Encouraging Upselling &amp; Cross-selling 4. Develop and manage client portfolios. 5. Build relationships between customers and the support team. 6. You would be the voice of the customer and would be advocating their questions and queries 7. Providing ongoing support for our customers by having high-level accountability of our support organization. You will have: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer success Management 2. Recent experience in Customer Success Management at a B2B company with strong experience in previously scaling and operationalizing the function at scale. 3. Bachelors/ Masters degree from a reputed Institution, Pref. Tier 1 colleges. 4. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships 5. Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department 6. Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the 7. ability to troubleshoot as needed 8. The ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, self-motivated, flexible and results-driven
