Job Responsibility : - Responsible for assisting in accumulating date for the case reported to assess the genuineness of claim, blocking of funds to reduce exposure, identification of perpetrators, undertaking gap assessment - Ensure Reporting to Team leader Fraud Risk for further reporting to FIU - Assist in Regulatory correspondence and queries related to fraud incidence - Assisting in identifying and reporting major and minor frauds internally to the Team leader - Assisting in coordination with Cyber crime, respective nodal officer and other external parties on fraud cases - Provide fraud & risk data to compliance team for external reporting to RBI and filing of FIR with the police - Assisting in placing debit freeze on the suspicious accounts. Based on a LEA letter, placing debit freeze on the account. Education, Skills & Experience : - Ideal Experience : 3-6 years - Candidate should be ideally from payment Banking & NBFC company. - Candidate must have experience in dealing with external authority like Police etc. - Candidate must possess good communication skills. - Candidate should have good interpersonal skills. - Candidate must have good analytical skills. - Candidate should be very aggressive with a go-getter attitude. - Candidate can be an MBA.
