Description :

Expansion of Business in new geographies :

- Assist Head BPD in the following

- Identify product potential for each market based on an internal and external evaluation.

- Identify & appointment of a relevant channel of distribution.

- Budgeting exercise for each depot.

- Ensure all required processes are followed to ensure faster and smoother opening of a depot.

Product Management :

- Assist Head BPD in driving Budgeted Sales and PBDIT numbers for both product categories.

- Ensuring channel discipline in Trade for both product categories.

- Strategy - Retail vs. Projects.

- Introduction of New products based on market and technical feasibility.

- Ensure availability of products.

- Define Minimum Order Quantity, Stock Levels, Replenishment Standards in order to avoid Out of Stock Situation.

- Product launch in markets.

- Product Promotional calendar - ATL, BTL, and training activities to relevant stakeholders.

- Product planning forecast for both product categories, balancing between market needs and production.

Product Pricing :

- Ensure pricing discipline to achieve the budgeted profitability.

- Monthly announcement via Price Circulars for Trade - ABC

Plant Expansion / acquisitions :

- Assist Head- BPD with relevant information on plant expansion and acquisitions.

- Conducting relevant studies to identify the potential of the markets apt for plant expansion.

- Product relevant information on plant acquisitions.

Analysis of data for faster decision making :

- Assist Head - BPD by providing data analytics and information for fast and accurate decision making.

- Highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting course correction to improve the concern areas.

- Define and monitor implementation of standardized Systems & Processes for Business.

- Coordinate with IT for solving system related problems.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes related to billing, credit, margins etc.

Training & Development of all Stakeholders :

- Develop a proper training module for educating all relevant stake holders.

- Coordinate with various regional offices to organize location specific meetings for stakeholders.

- Ensure regular region wise meeting with Zonal Manager/TM/TSE TSM/TSE for understanding issues pertaining to price, promotion & logistics for both product categories

Qualifications :

- BE/B.Tech and MBA Marketing

- Indian Rupee (INR)

Experience Level : 3 - 5 Years
