Job Description:

Talent Acquisition :

- Implement the recruitment strategy and procedures to ensure that suitable talent is acquired for the organization.

- Responsible for ensuring compliance towards recruitment processes, payments and reports.

- Responsible for efficient vendor management processes.

- Implementation of Poornata recruitment module.

Manage recruitment process :

- Refine selection tools for lateral hiring

- Identify the institutes to recruit from and ensure constant campus relations

- Deploy recruitment process during internship and final placement from various institutes

- Manage Young Talent Induction process STRIDE:

- Finalize the induction plan with various stakeholders

- Ensure implementation of communication interventions during the course of their trainee ship
