Market Risk Manager  - As a Market Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing pricing models for derivatives alongside working with Traders to assist with and develop trading and structuring strategies.   - This position is highly quantitative and will need excellent communication skills as it will require speaking with senior management on a daily basis.   - Reporting directly to the CRO, in this position you will be required to develop complex analytics that go beyond Value at Risk, such as: stress testing, tail risk assessment, portfolio position alignment, extreme value theory, etc.   - A successful candidate in this position will be an expert within Market Risk, specifically Commodities and their Derivatives.  - Perform risk management reviews relative to foreign exchange, interest rates, derivative counterparty credit risk, investments and commodities  - Evaluate market risk controls around new products and system development  - Communicate key risks to senior management on a regular basis.  - Frequent discussion with trading desk on risk taking, market color, regulatory environment and limit framework  - Participate in projects improving risk system infrastructure  - Contribute to policy and process guide update and development
