Aditya Birla Group - Deputy General Manager - Corporate Audit - CA

Job purpose :

- To provide an executive support to Group Executive President - Corporate Audit

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and review the audit engagement progress to support achievement of stated audit objective especially audit quality and depth of audit coverage, audit documentation

- Identify improvement ideas in existing processes and methodologies which enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the team

- Manages a variety of special projects for the Group Executive President, some of which may have organizational impact

- Assist Group Executive President to plan and execute the yearly audit calendar through effective operational planning and coordination with business's operating teams and audit team members.

- Review and scrutiny of the - Draft Audit reports-, - Risk and Control Matrices- and - process flow-charts- .

- Overall monitor the work execution and quality of output delivered by respective business audit teams

Qualification :

- Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with minimum 12+ yrs of post qualification experience including up to 2 to 4 years- of relevant experience in internal audit of reputed organisations / MNC Companies / Groups

- Preferred but not mandatory CIA/CISA.
