Job Description :- Plan Direct and Control all Financial & Accounting Systems and Processes including Budgeting & MIS Taxation Costing Insurance Financial Reporting Capex Receivables and Payables Management Working Capital Management Forex Management Risk Management Statutory Compliance and management of Information System.FINANCE & ACCOUNTING :- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods policies and principles with focus on internal controls for day to day operations financial reporting and audit-10.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT :- Driving positive work environment through people developmentPLANNING & BUDGETING CAPEX MANAGEMENT :- Driving the overall Planning & Budgeting for the Epoxy India Business while ensuring process robustness timeliness and accuracy in line with group processes and best practices.

- Continuous monitoring of actual performance against budget and Developing an effective Management Information System to support Swift Decision Making

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT :

- To plan organize & strengthen Internal control systems & Compliance of Corporate Governance requirements. Ensure effective implementation of Risk Management Framework for the unit.

TAXATION & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE :

- Ensuring timely compliance with all Taxation and other related Statutory Requirements

WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT :

- Plan and execute effective working capital management to optimize return on capital employed

INSURANCE :

- To secure the assets of the organization against all perils

COST MANAGEMENT :

- Regular monitoring of cost drivers major resources and overheads

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY :

- Oversee IT administration ensure proper IT security and ERP support for business

SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY:

- To drive group / business / SBU / Unit level initiatives such as Safety Sustainability Customer Centricity
