Job Description -
- Overall responsible for the Learning Delivery Centre.
- Delivers initial and developmental training programs to front line and middle management.
- Using quality results, performs gap analysis on existing programs and modifies as required.
- Assists with design of new training programs as required.
- May be required to handle customers in the stores for program learning.
- Monitors, coaches, evaluates and tracks participant progress during training.
- Responsible for the development and coaching of designated trainers.
- Records and tracks training activities; produces reports, etc.
- Prepares for training delivery including scheduling, learning delivery centre facility preparation; maintains adequate supply of training materials and resources.
- Manages elements of new hire orientation including tours, some administration and security.
- May be required to conduct some research on program data and information.
