Job title: AGM / GM - Supply chain.
Reporting to: Quality and operations head.
Salary: CTC - 22- 26 Lakh
No of Years' Experience: 13- 15 years
Location: Bangalore
Purpose of the position - Role requires to lead WH operations / Sourcing PLM and QC teams.
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Warehouse Management - Manage warehouse operations team and plan new manpower additions , trainings, SOP amendments as per business needs to ensure admin, TAT, Storage etc operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Sourcing - Production T&A and Calendar management - BVA tracking, Pricing control - reporting and analytics.
- Quality - Ensuring - quality standards, SOP's and assurance is managed both inline and final during production stage and control at WH levels during product lifecycle. Reporting and analysis.
- Team manager - managing team of 6-8 across different fields of responsibility
- Ensuring fulfilment / analysis of on time delivery on both sampling and production deadlines as per Seasonal calendar.
Competencies sought :
- Good Managerial skill's to handle team of 6-8 personnel
- Experienced with demanding profile related to strong follow-ups and reporting.
- Good Analytical skills.
- .Good command on MS office tools.
- Process oriented - Strong SOP control.
- Work experience on PLM / ERP tools.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to adhere and improve operation's SOP's.
Academic or trade qualifications: BBA / MBA - Business Management.
Work experience and skills: 12- 15 years experience in division management of experience in warehousing space managing high value apparel / home furnishing products.
