Marketing Manager (Social Media & Retail Marketing)
Job Purpose:
- The custodian of all marketing activations and initiatives at our Points of sales including EBOs & SIS. He/ She is responsible for footfall KPI delivery at these points of sale.
- Responsible of all social media activity for 2 brands. He/she is responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement through thoughtful, relevant content strategy & execution. He/ she will develop, implement, track and optimize the brand's social media presence across various social platforms in alignment with the business objective and marketing goals.
- The person will have a strong grasp of social media platforms, current trends and best practices, and will be able to lead the company's social media strategy.

a) Building strong catchment awareness and leveraging our stores as brand building assets
b) Driving walk ins through cost effective, relevant and innovative activations
c) To compete with similar formats of retail and to create a differentiation by effective marketing strategy
d) Both brands play in very competitive spaces. Therefore differentiation through content and a distinct brand language is critical
e) Both brands are in growth phase, The handles need to be built for followership & engagement

- Key season campaigns & sustenance
- CRM Structure, Launch & Execution
- Agency Management
- Learning & Development
- Development of social media strategy
- Translate social media strategy into effective and relevant communication campaigns
- Content creation & copy
- Influencer management & 3rd party tie ups
- Tracking of key metrices and online reputation management
- Work closely with all cross functional teams (Category, Sales, Design) for cohesive content planning and execution
