1. Job Purpose:
- Handling budgeted sales for e-com for men's and women's for VH innerwear & Athleisure.
- Nurture Deep relationships with Key Ecom partners and growing the business aggressively
- Single point Responsible for demand planning, merchandise mix for e-com ( B2B , MP & Brands.com) , planning stock and other day to day Operations for E-com.
2. Job Context:
- Grabbing market share in E-COM while competing against top established brands
- VH is a Non-discounted brand & hence need to keep Ecom partners engaged and excited by spotting category / sub category level organic opportunities
- Focus on strategic levers to grow business required as brand is non discount , non-deal lead. Parallely high level of operational coordination required for orders, listing and cataloguing, monthly reviews with partners etc
- Demand Planning for the E-com channel after regular discussions with all partners on the yearly plans.
3. Principal Accountabilities :
Delivering Sales Budget :
- Drive sales goal by partner. Breakdown yearly and quarterly goals into month and weekly objectives
- Monitor category level trends and progress in terms of market share and improve the same by spotting opportunities at micro level
- Close coordination with marketing to guide them on what categories need campaign support
- Weekly Replenishment of Warehouse that supplies market place
- Flawless New product launch and deliver targeted business through the same
Partner Relationship Management:
- Joint business planning with all key Ecom partners to drive key agenda
- Set pattern of monthly reviews to monitor progress on fill rates, sales, market share, listing etc
- Deep understanding of partner business and category goals. Ability to forge close relationships with key buyers to influence business goals
- Optimum stock level at partners to be maintained at all points of time
Catalogue management:
- Ensuring all new products are catalogued with partners in time and the same is done in the marketplace as well
- This includes getting photoshoots done in time and getting the cataloguing done with all details required by individual online partners
- Speed in listing cataloguing,
Demand Planning :
- Fortnightly meetings with the men's and women's team to share the DP and assess the current scenario.
Operating rhythm:
- Monthly review with all stakeholders of the E-Com teams.
- Clear MIS and weekly presentation to Department head to monitor progress
