Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the day-to-day functioning of the CEOs office. Assist the CEO in effective utilization of CEOs time through critical prioritization of meetings/interfacing with internal and external stakeholders

- Assist the CEO in reviewing the functioning of the various units/departments / concerned stakeholders and provide critical inputs to enable effective decision making

- Coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental work by creating synergies between the departments/units and pass relevant information on behalf of the CEO

- Reach out to respective stakeholders to gather any data/information required by the CEO

- Business MIS and Operational Analytics

- Work on Quarterly Results & Annual Report

- Manage and support effective functioning to senior management

- Liaise with other businesses and corporate functions for agreed deliverables

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 2-4 years of experience into similar function

- Strong planning & organizing skills

- Candidate should be strong in numbers and good analytical skills

- Should be a Team player

- Education background:- MBA
