Job Description : - Implementation of the product development process for new product 1. Understand the trends in the market and competition through market research, interactions with sales, industry contacts, etc 2. Initiate product working group meetings and ensure the timely progress cross functions for implementation of new products 3. Create/review product specifications and circulate them amongst the working group. 4. Create/review documents required for the sales process as well as product filing. Solicit feedback from subject matter experts on a. Product Brochure b. Application forms c. Sales Illustration d. Policy Contract 5. Responsible for the readiness of the system i.e. Ingenium and AMS for a smooth launch of the product. 6. Create documents required for training &amp; launch of the product such as.. a. Product Presentation b. Frequently Asked Questions c. Sales Enablers etc 7. Responsible for smooth and clean internal and external audits. 8. Collaborate with training &amp; marketing to develop a timely company-wide go-to-the market plan (product launch). 9. Review product refreshers/sales enablers created for existing products to ensure accuracy of the product descriptions. 10. Monitor and evaluate the impact of regulatory guidelines on existing products - Conduct Market Intelligence / Research of domestic and international products 1. Conduct market research of domestic and international products to drive a competitive product development process 2. Maintain a team database of financial products in the market and analyze their vis-a-vis their own products. Highlight management areas where the current products outperform and underperform the marketplace. 3. Sales analysis to understand product trends 4. Review product comparisons made by the team. - Planning and executing key Projects for the vertical 1. Responsible for various projects - sales illustration system, health workshops, website, e-learning to assist distributors and on-field sales force to enhance their productivity. 2. Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects with strict deadlines. 3. Responsible for managing and coordinating with cross-functional team members, vendors, and consultants in order to deliver the project according to the plan 4. Responsible for resolution of issues and conflicts within the project team 5. Responsible for status reports being communicated to the senior management. &nbsp;Provide and review Sales Support: 1. Analyse the sales processes and create applications to improve or support these processes 2. Resolve product queries for smooth closure of sales; provide resource options that support efficient fulfillment of queries. 3. Vet the documents/ sales enablers created by the sales support team as per the product requirement.
