This role is responsible manage end to end processes for smooth execution and implementation of all initiatives related to Select Programme. It involves creation of MIS, budgeting, adherence to governance mechanism along with audit and compliance adherence. Supporting the Select program for end to end process mgmt. on all elements by : 1. Program MIS and updates : - Regular MIS and updates business on Select Program for all lines of business to create business traction and enhance qualification in the program. - Preparation of final results and signoff on the same from all business SPOCs 2. Budget planning : - Head wise budget estimated and allocation, accruals management, tracking head wise spent, monitoring and control of the same. - Reconciliation with concerned SPOCS and Central Finance team 3. End to End Program mgmt. and control : - End to End settlement of all elements (benefit settlements/payouts, MIS, results, Event mgmt, bill settlement, audit adherence, advisor servicing, vendor mgmt, Query mgmt) 4. Adherence to Governance mechanism : - Managing governance structure 5. Audit and Compliance adherence : Ensure SOP's are in line with the Audit and compliance framework and regular monitoring of the same.
