We are looking for a candidate who has experience in Competency framework & Assessment Development Center as well as Succession Planning

Responsibilities

1. Assist in implementation of Development Assessment Centres with effective liaising with Line HR, participants, Line Managers, assessors and vendors, starting with ensuring participants meet defined eligibility criteria, completion of pre-DAC exercises, setting up of DAC material, handover to assessors and collecting and maintaining accurate documentary records.

2. Assist and work closely with Head of Talent Management to identify key talent across Middle and Junior Management

3. Independently initiate discussions with Functional Leaders to discuss data points on talent ratings, ABC potential Model scoring and calibrate High Performance Data

4. Program manage specific Leadership Development Programs at Junior and Middle Management

5. Prepare IDPs and follow up with a rigorous process set up

6. Assist the function to follow the Calendar year for Talent Councils & Prepare MOM for Talent Council and ensure MOMs are circulated as well as tracked

7. Support the roll-out of Talent Management initiatives for segmented population in the organization

8. On a regular basis assist the Talent Management function with analytics on various data points

9. Assist in discussion with all Functional Leaders to identify a pipeline of successors

10. Bench strength for market mapping for exception required cases

11. Understand the various roles across the organization and propose fungibility of talent

12. Work in building a culture of quality talent, learning and fungibility

13. Create opportunities for Talent Connect with Senior Leadership to build exposure of talent

14. Facilitate regular conversations with top talent, women and new joinees to understand the challenges and issues faced
