HRBP - Sales Vertical
Talent Acquisition : Support the business in timely closure of positions with best in class talent, be a custodian of Job descriptions, org structures, staffing headcount and budgets, deliver our employer brand externally, ensure a great candidate experience.
Engagement and Culture : Drive initiatives to ensure an engaged and energised work force, execute innovatively on agenda - people, process and policy and balance internal complexities of business to become a strong strategic business partner
Performance and Productivity : Track productivity and performance of sales teams, Monitor, track and facilitate timely interventions and reviews to ensure robust mechanism of feedback and coaching
Employee Life Cycle : Lead, advise and communicate on all Business as Usual operations on employee relations, onboarding, induction, contracts, benefits, training etc. Deliver effectively and ensure TAT is maintained in responding to queries and create great employee experience
Mandatory : Sales HR + Talent Acquisition experience of minimum 5 yrs, Preference - experience in BFSI sector
