Job purpose :

To advice Board and Management on issues related to Corporate Laws, Insurance Law, IRDA Regulations and to ensure best Corporate Governance standards for the Company. The incumbent will also be required to plan & formulate best practices in the Legal Department and will drive meticulous legal compliance under various statutes and safeguard the Company's lawful privileges.

Accountabilities :

1. Responsible for ensuring compliance to all applicable laws and regulations

2. Discharging the duties of a Key Managerial Person (KMP) under the Companies Act, 1956

3. Minimizing legal risks and proactively protecting the Company's legal privileges and interests

4. Facilitate Product Management and Sign Offs

5. Advising Board and Management on Corporate Laws, IRDA regulations and Corporate Governance Guidelines
