Developing strategies to deliver the business KPIs. 3. Liaising between end-users and outsourced data scientists and managing the quality of deliverables 4. Operationalizing the mechanics of the output and managing sponsors. 5. Preparing proposals, scoping, efforts estimation, solution architecture, workflow, etc. for all analytics projects 6. Existing vendor management and managing multiple proofs-of-concept with different vendors on Big Data Analytics, Social Media - Sentiment Analytics, Visualization, Digital Marketing Analytics, etc., and Supporting Customer engagement initiatives 7. Oversight of Data governance and completeness 8. Implementation of Actionable Analytics Program in close coordination with Business stakeholders 9. Monitoring and validation of Models built by Analytics Partner. Ensure business implementation and adoption of the analytical models built. 10. Revenue enhancement initiatives
