Job requires Six Sigma Blackbelt certification, indepth knowledge of Six Sigma methods and their application.

Job Purpose :

Facilitate implementation of Operational Excellence (Op Ex) Methodologies especially Six Sigma across the assigned Group Businesses through coaching & competency building. Institutionalizing governance & recognition of Operational Excellence implementation for accelerating progress and add value through accruing tangible and intangible Business Benefits by driving high impact projects. Accelerate benefits through execution of collaborative business level high impact strategic project.

This job is responsible for designing training modules, imparting training, support application of Op Ex techniques and finally develop competency of identified target resources. Institutionalize review mechanisms to ensure sustenance of Business Gains and establish appropriate rewards and recognition policies to sustain momentum of Op Ex initiatives.

Accountabilities :

- Facilitation & Completion of High impact Six Sigma projects

- Collaborative improvement project in major businesses

- Developing Competent resources to drive Op Ex ( Develop competency in Businesses for PSS (Problem Solving Skills, Six Sigma)
