Job Responsibility - Product Manager
1. Growth in new customer acquisition
- Introduce new and innovative plans and be first in market to implement the same.
- Initiate new ways for further improving existing and developing alternate channels for increasing market penetration.
- Timely insights through market research to establish market / competition insights.
2. Segment penetration
- Identifying the target segments and their usage patterns
- Plan and develop plans to penetrate segments.
3. Ensuring implementation of communication plan
- Regular interaction with the Marcom team to ensure communication reaches target audience on time in
most effective and efficient manner.
4. Ensuring efficiency in all processes involved
- Regular interaction with other functional teams for improvising existing processes and developing new processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Leverage from best practices followed within Idea circles and with competition.
5. Monitoring & Evaluation -
- Monitoring the activities and plans on a daily basis through a set of defined reports.
- Taking necessary corrective measures to achieve the defined target.
6. Data Analysis
- Analyzing performance for each of the activities to draw purchase behaviour & insights.
- Develop and understand timely consumer insights
CTC Offered: 5 - 7 Lacs. (Candidates having higher CTC may not apply)
