About Position:-

Position: Senior Finance Manager

Location:- Gurugram

Qualification: CA (Qualified/ Intern).

Experience: 4 - 7yrs.

Work Experience: NBFC would be preferred.

Location:- Gurugram

Specific Responsibility:

- Preparation of the Schedules for various GL accounts assigned

- Monthly MIS on Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Bank Deposits, Tax assessments status, and Insurance Claims pending

- Lodging the Insurance claims and follow-up to receive the claims in time.

- Quarterly advance tax calculations and payments

- Attending to Income Tax matters including Transfer Pricing up to assessments in coordination with consultants

- Coordinating various audits like Stat, Tax, TP, Internal, etc., along with Asst.Manager

- Assist the Manager at the time of Finalization of accounts and Tax returns

- Monitoring Bank Deposits for their maturity, and placement and ensuring the maximum benefit of Interest

- Coordinating with Secretarial consultants to ensure secretarial compliance and keep the records up to date

- Ensure proper backups for the Schedules to signed financials to ensure the smooth flow of Tax assessments later

- Ensure the appropriate provisions are made for the assigned GL every month

- Ensuring the compliance of the exception raised concerning ICFR and internal audit teams

- Ensuring the Compilation of GL schedule files (Soft copies by the 9th working day & Hard copies by the 20th day) & Review.

- Ensure correct accounting of the entries reflecting the correct division-wise balance sheet accounting.

Skill Sets:

- A high level of Proficiency in Financial Accounting and Accounting Standards

- Interactive and able to coordinate well with all the departments across the organization and with the auditors.

- Effective communication skills

- Computer savvy, with a good skill set in Excel and other MS applications.
