Manager - HR Analytics
Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Pan India level HR data with 100% accuracy
- Manage ad hoc data requirements
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including payroll outputs, manage-ment and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices, and
other sources.
- Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, turnover, headcount and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
- Works on HRIS, managing Statutory Compliance, Full n final settlement, maintaining and preparing
salary related data.
- May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
- Assist on performance reviews, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
You will be responsible to collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, correlate with
other business metrics , draw meaningful insights and apply this inference to make recommendations to business leaders on recruitment, retention, attrition, engagement and legal compliance etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum 2 - 6 years of experience in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee
manage-ment software.
