Profile: HR Manager - Corporate  About the company and role:  We are a large branded packaged FMCG export company with presence in US, UK, Middle East, Western Europe and Asia Pacific. We are looking for a manager in the HR/Admin function for the corporate office to lead initiatives such as recruitment, goal setting, appraisals & HR operations. The role will also involve a level of administrative responsibilities.   Candidate Profile:   - He/ She will have a strong academic background   - He/ She should be a highly motivated individual with experience in setting HR policies, organization design, incentive schemes, reward n recognition programs, etc.   - He/ She should have to understand all human resources management practices such as hiring, setting off  company policies, employee relationships, compensation and benefits, etc.  - Experience of working in a corporate office across FMCG, IT, Telecom is desirable but not necessary   Job Responsibilities:   - Assess the department-wise manpower requirement   - Seek, pre-screen, interview, and test applicants to locate qualified employees for job openings   - Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc.)  - To ensure the implementation of current processes and to make necessary revisions in HR operations delivery to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency  - Introduction of new policies and employee engagement activities to ensure employee-friendly workplace  - Identifying the training needs of the employees and development of suitable training programs   - Resolving employee grievances   - Analyzing compensation data and creating presentations for senior management to help them take budgetary  decisions  - Keep management updated on statutory compliances requirements  - Monitor administration activities   Compensation:   Compensation structure in line with market
