JD:

- Overall IT Planning with a view to ensure that technology remains a key enabler to business

- Create the IT road-map for the organisation that is aligned to business objectives

- Identify gaps and improve processes in our ERP / technology systems for various business processes.

- Effectively partner with business to plan, review and implement appropriate automation tools and process rationalisation initiatives.

- Driving the development and implementation of data analytic solutions to extract valuable insights for optimal decision making.

- Prepare overall IT budgets and take prudent investment decisions to ensure rationalisation of cost and resources.

- Effective vendor management for effective cost management and optimization

- Understanding user requirements, seeking proposals from vendors, negotiating and closure

- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that appropriate IT Infrastructure is deployed / working optimally in the organisation

- Identify IT Risks and provide appropriate solutions for its mitigation

- Identify and ensure compliance with various statutory requirements including appropriate licensing arrangements / procurement etc.

- Periodic review of IT Operations, and effectively plug all gaps including creating awareness amongst all users of do's and don'ts, threats, risks, compliance issues, potential frauds etc.

- Aligning IT Systems, ERP and processes of any acquired Companies with Current IT System.

The Person:

- Graduate Engineer from a reputed college / university

- Around 15 years of relevant corporate IT experience out of which last few years in Heading the function

- Strong ERP implementation / upgradation experience. We have Orion 11J and Netsuit implemented within our Group companies. Any functional knowledge in existing ERP is added advantage.

- Strong ability to have cross-functional interactions, customer centricity

- Requisite IT Infrastructure / networking / hardware exposure

- Vendor management experience

- Proactive, Team player, High energy, Analytical approach
