Salary Offered : 6 - 20 LPA  Job profile : Assistant Company Secretary  Qualification : Qualified Company Secretary preferably with degree in law  Experience : 5 years + post qualification experience with a listed company   Roles and Responsibility:  1. Timely compliances under the Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, SEBI (Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.and other applicable laws and handling day- to- day secretarial work.   2. Preparing Agenda folders, drafting notices and minutes for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings.  3. File various forms and returns on MCFA portal.   4. Preparing and maintaining statutory records and registers.  5. Updating the Company's website as per the statutory requirements   6. Assist in preparation of Annual Report  7. Handling shareholder's complaints /queries, payment of dividend and reconciliation of dividend accounts.  8. Coordinating with secretarial auditor, internal auditor and statutory auditor to resolve audit queries.   9. Liaison with stock exchanges, depositories and R&T agents   10. Keeping track of various statutory amendments  Compensation : As per industry standard
