Sales Account Manager - Engineering Business

Brief Description :

- The position will support Adeccos sales and Business Development efforts in the Engineering industry. Ideal candidate will come with a strong sales focus and strong contacts in any of the following Oil & Gas, Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering Design & R&D sectors.

5-8 years of Business Development, consultative selling experience would be ideal.

Staffing and Recruiting industry experience is not mandatory and we are open to evaluating applicants from any sectors in the Engineering Industry

Key Accountabilities :

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports

- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

- Closed sales has to handed over to operations team

- Account Management- handling various clients & managing relationships

- Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented.

- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Monthly Targets has to be achieved.

- Wide Market coverage.

- Cracking competition.

- Accurate sales forecasting

- Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers

Key Technical Skills :

- Understanding the concepts of customization of the solutions based on the specific needs of the customer's requirements.

- Understanding of Engineering business temp staffing & recruitment for various sectors like Oil & Gas, Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering Design & R&D etc.

- Understanding of rate card model & managed services business.

- Understanding of the decision making process of the concerned institutions

- Ability to understand pricing, and translate this understanding into the negotiation strategy

- Ability to keep abreast of trends in the marketplace, including competition services and strategy
