Role : Principal Consultant / Lead Consultant Permanent IT - Value Hiring

Location : Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad

Reporting to : Vertical Head/ Business Head

Experience : 8 to 12+ years

Executive Summary :

The Principal Consultant, Adecco India reports to the Vertical Head/ Business Head, Adecco India. Their role is to drive profitable vertical, while continuing to develop the sales capability of Adecco India, through strategic initiatives and directed sales activities based on current market analysis.

Role Specification :

Business Generation :

- Manage existing business and develop the same further

- Develop business through new client acquisition through existing relationships/ lead generation

- Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market.

- Consultative engagement with clients to build a healthy revenue stream.

- Meeting Business Development KPI's; marketing calls, client meetings.

Client Management :

- Strong client relationship management abilities with a pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills would be desirable

- Client life cycle management - Adept at hand holding during initial partnership and following through with prompt resolutions to possible escalations with a 100% service orientations

- Constant review of service quality levels

Candidate Management :

- Will require to engage middle and senior level candidates and hence a high touch approach towards engagement would be required

- Should be adept at all tools required to be able to network both online and offline Must be a strong head hunter with the ability to dive into niche sectors and map the market out

- Relationship management with existing and prospective candidates

- Supervised time management (weekly).

- Proper usage of IT Tools.

Market Intelligence :

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of market /industry trends.

- Build plan for workforce supply and demand.

- Correlate hiring plans with workforce plans to ensure hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results (reliable, proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment).

Person Specification :

Required (Demonstrated) Experience : 8 to 12 years

- Previous business development & recruitment experience

- Understanding of Sales in different domains.

- Previous recruitment experience.

- Excellent relationship building skills

- Proven ability to bill and/or win business if require an experienced hire

- Target driven

- Leadership skills

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent people management and development skill.

- Role models and initiator of best practice

- Prioritize effectively under pressure

Team Management :

- Responsible to lead his team.

- Responsible for overall productivity of the team.

- Retention, Development and Career planning of the team.

- Incentives, Reward, Recognition, evaluation and training are conducted for his team.

- Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals.

- Inducting new joinees to ensure a smooth learning curve.
