Work Profile: Work with the Investment Managers in -

- Identifying and researching new investment ideas in mid cap and small cap listed equities space

- Reading up on sub sectors, their supply chain dynamics and developing an investment thesis

- Preparing and updating financial models, cash flow analysis and ratio analysis of existing portfolio; listen into results commentary, meet industry and equity analysts to factor new developments

- Analysing Pre IPO and IPO situations

- Identifying stock and portfolio hedging strategies using derivatives

- Managing a prudent asset allocation mix

- Working on fixed income opportunities and using structures and leverage to improve return profile of the asset class

- Evaluating Merger arbitrage returns (post likely acceptance ratio scenarios)

- Other ideas / opportunities as we evolve

Requirement: Candidate to have between 2 -3 years experience and should be/have -

- Passionate about equities; will take initiative

- High level of financial modelling capability and B/S understanding

- Willing to work on multiple sectors

- Industry, business and financial research capability

We are building a small team of only 2 people and we would expect candidate to be able to work in a fairly unstructured environment focused towards the investment goals of the firm.

Our Profile: AddCapital is a newly formed investment firm representing a Multi Family Office. We are 3 Investing Partners managing assets for the families across various asset classes. Each of the Partners has more than 20 years- industry experience in Private Equity, Venture Investing and Investment Banking.
