Adda247 is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Vice President of Human Resources. As the VP of HR, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving our people strategy while ensuring the development and well-being of our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities :

- Leadership: Effectively lead the Human Resources department, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to the HR team and other stakeholders within the organization.

- HR Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's goals, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement and retention.

- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Implement effective performance management systems, career development initiatives, and succession planning.

- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Regularly assess and enhance employee benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

- Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations initiatives, creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. Implement effective employee communication strategies, grievance handling processes, and conflict resolution mechanisms.

- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with changing legal requirements and industry best practices.

- Learning and Development: Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career growth opportunities.

- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive data-based decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leading HR functions in mid-sized companies (1000-5000 employees).

- Proven track record of effectively leading and managing HR teams, driving cultural change, and developing and implementing HR strategies.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are desirable.
