Adda247 - UI/UX Design Lead

Role :

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer. If you are someone with a lot of passion and design experience that can own design initiatives then we want to speak with you. If you love solving complex problems, own design systems and guidelines, dive deep into tracking usage patterns and excel at designing delightful UIs and data visualizations, you'd be a great fit for our team.

Responsibilities :

- Ideate and Design highly interactive Android/IOS App UI Design including micro-interactions, subtle animations and transitions

- Design the aesthetics, layout, and user interface elements for our consumer-facing solution(s) and internal tools across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

- Design for intuitive and engaging user experiences by creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and other relevant deliverables.

- Stay up to date on industry trends for user interface design and user experience trends, best practices and promote them within the UX/UI team and throughout the company

- Participate in usability testing and user research including building user interface mockups and prototypes as needed

- Work closely with product managers, developers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions through iterative releases and ensure designs are being implemented to specifications and with high quality

- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for testing and demonstration to team in order to communicate value of the solution.

Requirements :

- Degree in design from a Tier 1 institute (NIFT/NID)

- 6 + years of professional experience in Visual Design and User experience of B2C apps and websites.

- Strong appetite to innovate & push the envelope in design

- Experience with full Adobe suite and Sketch

- Experience in tools like Principle, Invision.

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management in both written and verbal form.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
