The Job :

- Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through digital marketing

- Focus in increasing App Downloads with a sustainable ROI and ensure that Adda247 is among top 5 apps on google play store all the time.

- Plans and executes all display advertising/SEM, database marketing, email marketing and social media management.

- Manage and control all the popular social media channels. Facebook, Google, Instagram, Quora and YouTube.

- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

- Work closely with product and marketing teams to plan and execute 360-degree campaigns

- Research, Brainstorms, assess creative growth strategies and implement best-emerging industry practices. Run experiments with clear success/failure metrics

- Execute an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources

- Analyse website traffic and ideate experiments for conversion rate optimization.

- Execution and measurement of these experiments using different tools.

- Work closely with product and marketing teams to plan and execute 360-degree campaigns

- Identifies trends insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision

- Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

The Candidate :

Below experience is mandatory

- Good exposure to B2C mobile app downloading business

- Managing a digital agency

- Developed digital marketing strategy and plan

- Good exposure to display advertising/SEM, database marketing, email marketing and social media management (Facebook, Google, Instagram, Quora and YouTube), content marketing

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Handled a budget of 5-15cr

- 5-10 years of experience
