What you will do :

- If you are passionate about hiring the right talent who would build world class products for students and shape the future of our country then this role is for you.

As a recruitment professional, you would :

- Participate in workforce planning / creating short term and long-term hiring plans

- Work on the sourcing and hiring strategy

- Work on employer branding strategy

- Work with consultants and deploy different ways of direct and indirect sourcing to attract the right talent

- Lead quality hiring primarily from technical side

- Manage hiring dashboard and reporting

- Ensure a great candidate throughout the hiring process

What you will need :

- At least 4 years of experience as a technical recruiter

- Good communication skills and a pleasant personality

- Sense of urgency and a go getter attitude

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to work with employees at all levels

- Stakeholder management

- Some experience on marketing or sales sides preferably
