Role : We are looking for a digital-savvy, customer-obsessed, data-driven Growth Hacker to join us as Associate Director-Growth who will identify and build the growth levers of the company which can increase new user growth projector, view and analyze data to identify the potential areas of growth. Responsibilities : - Drive all marketing automation activities to develop and execute end to end-user journeys from onboarding to reactivation. - Handle the communication plan, user retention, and marketing automation. - Dive deep into customer data to gain a better understanding of usage behaviors and generate insights for Activation, Acceleration, Retention, and Resurrection campaigns for different user personas. - Track various funnels & cohorts and run growth campaigns, A/B tests to improve core metrics like conversion rate, resurrection rate, upselling, retention, etc. - Identify and develop new growth channels & optimize the performance of existing growth channels. - Work cross-functionally to enable Growth and marketing initiatives &amp; drive bottom-line conversion. Requirements : - MBA/B.Tech/Other PG qualification. - 6-7 years of experience in marketing/growth hacking/analytics/data in a consumer-facing internet-based org. preferably in a startup/e-commerce/Gaming. - Experience of data-driven customer segmentation &amp; conducting growth experiments, A/B tests, multivariate tests with a proven track record of success. - Hands-on experience of using any platforms like GA, Fb Ad manager, any of the analytics platforms like Appsflyer, etc and at least one of the customer engagement tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc. - Demonstrated ability to figure out business insights and driving smart decisions through quantitative customer data and qualitative research.
