Responsibilities: 1.Set goals and objectives for the team aligned with the business goals and objective and monitor them to ensure successful team deliverable. 2.Develop software, MVP, proof-of-concept solutions, and transitioning them over to the engineering teams 3.Design, implement, and refine product development, testing, and delivery processes 4.Participate in code reviews, pull / merge requests, CI/CD pipeline optimization, etc. 5.Drive performance management of the team. 6.Attract, develop, coach, motivate and retain key engineering talent to deliver results. 7.Ensure team's adherence to quality and compliance. 8.Lead change through creative solutions to unstructured product and system design issues 9.Optimize team's participation in all phases of product development 10.Attend trade shows and conferences and makes site visits to suppliers' facilities 11.Resource management by working closely with project managers and the management to assign, monitor and continually assess multiple projects simultaneously and make priority calls based on business objectives and associated risks 12.Act as the change agent for the team - continuously improving both tools and processes working with the program leadership team. 13.Optimize team's participation in all phases of product development Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and potential customers 14.Forge and maintains relationships with suppliers and customers Qualifications/Requirements: 1.Experience in engineering functional management through at least one complete product lifecycles 2.Proven experience working with global development teams and building close working relationships to drive and nurture positive relations with other make centers. 3.Knowledge of the entire product development cycle and experience in new product introduction 4.Proven skills in team building, leading innovation from high-level definition and design through multi-generation product breakthrough strategies 5.Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.
