Zonal Sales Manager (North 1 Zone)  - Responsible for scanning of market environment to understand business opportunities. Strategize business plans & its proper implementation to achieve desired results. He should ensure proper infrastructure development and its effective management. He should maintain the cost and expenses within limits. Provide leadership and direction to the team. Maintain healthy relationship with trade partners.  Preference : Candidates from FMCG/Food Industry are preferred.  Geographical Coverage : Delhi/Punjab/Haryana/Chandigarh/J&K.  Average Volume Sale / Month : 25000 MT  Sales Turnover : Rs.125 cr per month (Rs.1500 cr - Annual).  Reporting Structure : This position will report to Circle Head. Team comprises of RSM/ASM/Sr.ASE/ASE/SR/DSM.  Primary Responsibilities & Accountability :  - Responsible for achieving the budgeted targets (GT/MFS/Institutional).  - Responsible for maximizing market share, coverage and retail penetration.  - Find out new business avenues/opportunities for overall business growth.  - Analyzing competition, market responses/requirements and strategizing accordingly for the accomplishments of business goals.  - Responsible for establishment of adequate distribution network across zone and ensuring its smooth functioning.   Optimization of resource allocation :  Warehouse management : Review throughput of warehouse. Ensure warehouse is in hygienic condition and review and control inventory and thus ensuring liquidation of slow moving/non-moving stocks.  - Deciding credit limits and BG amount for top parties.  - Reviewing and monitoring of BTL activities.  - Initiate local Promotional schemes.  - Responsible for all new product (up to 3 yrs old) launches and focused niche product sales.  - CFA management - Conduct review meeting with the CFA. Redressal of grievances and ensure resolution of all issues with the support of commercial team.  - Ensuring timely settlements of all claims.  - Monitoring Secondary Freight.  - Monitoring cost control - Manpower/TA-DA/Admin expenses.  - Monitoring and resolution of consumer complaints.  - Monitoring and redressal of grievances of trade partners.  - Ensuring capability building of team members. Developing career plans for subordinates.  - Overall responsible for proper performance assessment & appraisal of field force.  - Ensure proper implementation and execution of company systems and policies in the zone.  - Maintain all statutory documents & compliance with the help of Corporate - Commercial and Accounts.
