Job Purpose:
Role requires a passionate and driven team member willing to work in an unstructured environment, can switch contexts, multi-task on projects/ initiatives, collaborate with team and the business stakeholders to get work done and willing to be a change agent
- Work with Strategy & Chairman office team on priorities key to the Group Chairman:
- Budgets & Operating/Capital Plan reviews (quarterly, monthly)
- 5 year Strategic planning & road map
- Focus on key business value drivers, risks and action plans
- Identify opportunities and challenges through a constant scan of external/ internal changes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to help resolve issues and facilitate actions
Key Accountabilities :
- Facilitate a robust Operating and Capital Budgeting process and institutionalize adherence discipline
- Standardize Performance review templates contextualized to individual businesses, across monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
- Root cause analysis for performance variance with summary of key drivers and action plan
- Design & Implement monthly MIS/Dashboard to capture progress of key projects
- Facilitate strategy development beyond existing businesses (inputs on new opportunities, disruptions) and provide aggregate perspective of Group metrics across time horizon
- Leverage network and contacts to help stay abreast of macroeconomic changes and areas with implications on business
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and strengthen healthy working relationships between Chairman office and business teams
