Key Accountabilities :
- Facilitate, support & help maintain 5 year Strategic Plan across 9 businesses - experience with strategic planning at a large organisation with good understanding of tools & methodologies (scenario planning) and translating business strategy into resource plan (HR, Finance, Infra)
- Create a Group Strategy including detailed resource planning for 5 years. Strong excel modelling skills to bring the Group strategy together across 9 businesses and 5 services
- Work with Head, Strategy & Chairman office to facilitate Chairman's communication internally and externally
- Support making the APEX effective & meaningful, with a pre-defined agenda & follow-up on actions
- Stay abreast with macroeconomic trends and disruptions, translating into implications and sharing with Business teams; input for strategic planning as well
- Strong collaboration with Chairman office team members, BU teams and leadership team - should be a team player and not an individual performer; focus to make the team successful
Role-specific Competencies :
- Strategic Planning
- Sound Understanding of macro-economic dynamics
- Presentation creation
- Macroeconomic trends and implications on capital markets and thus businesses
- Should be MBA from Tier 1 University in India or abroad
- Strong academic track record throughout
- Should have 12-15 Year of Exp (7-8 in Tier 1 consulting companies)
- Passion for Strategy & Finance
- Passion for working with people and making an impact/ self-driven and motivated
