Key Deliverables:
Talent Management:
- Collaborate & supporting HR Leads & Business- HR Champions in driving Talent Management & Development initiatives aligning with Corporate- Functional Clusters- ABEX; F&A Corporate Cluster & Other Corporate Functions.
- Support & align self in Driving organization-wide (Identified Pockets) of Talent Review exercise as desired under 9 Box Matrix and address various talent management initiative:
- Assessment & Development Programs, IDPs / IDGPs & Functional Orientations
- Review and recommend innovative Reward & recognition schemes to ensure improvement of staff retention and to recognize performance - Spot Recognitions/ Supporting in design Town Hall; One on One; Leadership Interventions etc.
- Support all Business - HR Champions in addressing seamless deployment of PMS & this includes design necessary Orientation Sessions & in creating & strengthening organisational transparency in employee assessments.
- Manage process of organization development to handle succession planning. Career Mapping: skill development & capability Building etc.
- Facilitate greater workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management initiatives that stems positive - Employee Engagement Scores.
- Provide support on areas of Coaching & handling employee concern: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.
Talent Engagement:
- Facilitate the employee engagement strategy align with the Gaps of OHES & meeting functional Cluster specific needs which supports the creation of a high performance and dynamic culture.
- Partnering & supporting HR- Business Champions in Roll out employee Pulse surveys ( OHES) and addressing specific events that were planned as part of Identified Actions plans with in each cluster and driving high performance engagement index
- Creating a high involvement of employee’s culture through a value driven & participative change process.
Employee Connect & Internal Communication:
- All HR Initiatives & actions are to be communicate effectively within the organisation & support in Managing HR- Brand Building initiative;
a) Anchoring launching Programs
b)Corporate Presentations
c) Anchoring in Design & Developing Training & Developing content
d) Enunciating the events by connecting employees at all the occasions
- Create & Manage communication channels like Open House: VARTALAP; SPARSH or Inter-communications from HR Help Desk etc.
- Policy and process implementation - Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by Functional Clusters.
- Work alongside Sr. Leadership of HR in designing and developing HR related materials and content for Presentations & Drafting Citations during employee recognitions & Draw & Designing New Hire Orientation Sessions etc.
Employee Development:
- Plan and implement a robust Leadership Development framework work alongside HR- Business Champions of each Cluster
- Design Matrices to capture the action pointers and progression
- Plan and create the Training and Development strategy aligning all functions clusters.
- Collaborate & support the HR- Partners in launching the Learning
