Shift Port Operation Manager with Adani Dahej Port

Position holder will be responsible for managing entire Port Operations in Shift.

Major Responsibilities :

- Incharge of all O&M activities during the shift and will be the SPOC.

- To lead & guide entire Port team in shift operations inside & outside Port.

- Ensure availability of resources to O&M Team required for smooth operation during the shift.

- To guide/lead all the Service Departments, Teams during the shift.

- Take Critical decision related to O & M during the shift and if require, escalate to SME / Port Head for quick resolution.

- Ensure Safety in all Shift O&M Activities.

- To attend the visits of Govt. Officers, GPCB Officials, Villagers during the shift.

- Coordination with all stakeholders such as service providers, projector, contractors. So, as to ensure smooth functioning of port operations during shift.
