Purpose of the Job:
Person should have 15-20 years of experience in Leading HR in a Corporate Setup & hands-on in corporate functional HR Deliverables and person must have:
- Ability to lead a team of HR professionals, guiding them across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, C&B & HR Ops, Performance Mgmt., support and guide cluster wise Employee Engagement & Talent Development interventions etc.
- Ability to deal with Corporate C suite executives & other senior stakeholders managing the organizational dynamics.
Key Deliverables:
The ideal applicant needs to have a generalist experience across the areas , has strong conceptual understanding of Corporate HR deliverables under :
- Resources Planning & Support Talent Acquisition Program
- Design and draw clear Learning & Development interventions and guide the team to attain desired objectives
- Understand and drive Talent Management Framework, toil closely with each functional clusters in addressing PMS/ Succession Planning / Hipos Assessment & Development programs.
- Spearhead the Employee Engagement interventions under Designing Programs of specific interventions like Skip level; Town Halls and Rejuvenation events aligning Functional clusters.
- Good policy savvy & able to interpret rationally in addressing critical day to day employee issues
- Able to Guide Team in addressing Compliance and be present to routine compliance matters & attend corporate Audit requirement.
- Lead all HR matters under total Lifecycle management through HR - ops team
- Take onus & Act as collaborator and coach HR - resources in delivering all agreed HR interventions under each functional cluster.
