Position Description:
- This position will play a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business transformation project schedule and organizational objectives.
- This position will work closely with Head- OCM/SPMO & focus on the people side of change- including changes to business processes, systems and job roles and organization structures.
- Partnering and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
- Position will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that organizational change objectives are met.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Person must have worked with internal communication, training and HR and OD specializations & has comprehensive understanding in the formulation of particular plans and activities & draw various engagement interventions to support organizational learning or change management project implementation.
- Person must have hands on with Internal Organizational dynamics & has awareness of organizational influencing pockets/areas.
- Must have experience in more than two Transformation Projects as a mandatory need.
Educational Qualifications:
- BE/Post Graduate /MBA Degree from premier institutes only
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a large Corporation
- At least two end-to-end Change management project experience
- Deep SME level expertise in CM modules - communication, training
- Experience of working with Indian clients
- Experience in managing technology linked transformation program including ERP implementation
